Role Overview
As a UX Researcher here at North, you will define and execute qualitative and quantitative research plans according to the project stage, develop clear insights based on observations to guide ideation and feature prioritization, understand and analyze user behavior metrics as a complement to qualitative research, and present findings and recommendations directly to business and tech stakeholders.
