Role Summary

As a UX Researcher, you'll be at the forefront of shaping product experiences by uncovering insights that drive design and business decisions. We are looking for a Researcher who is passionate about understanding users and translating insights into impactful experiences. You will bring a mix of technical expertise, design knowledge, and strong communication skills to the team. This is a Hybrid position located in either Waterloo or Toronto, Canada. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the two locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
