Job Description
We are looking for a UX Operations Analyst I to support our User Experience Team. In this position, your role is to ensure the smooth running of knowledge management systems and keep track of panel engagement and new panel recruitment. Know how to optimize the panel recruitment process, manage research tools and be responsible operationally for ensuring that client panels are the correct size and demographic and that strict privacy protocols/guidelines are adhered to. You will partner with our researchers in all regions to ensure that all needs are considered when developing and maintaining the systems.
