We are looking to hire a talented User Experience (UX) Designer based in Katowice, Poland.
Reporting to the Global MarCom Senior Web Technology Manager, the UX Designer is a hybrid role combining advanced user experience design with strong front-end technical expertise. This role is responsible for designing, prototyping, and helping implement intuitive, high‑performing digital experiences across ESAB’s global web ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in UX methodologies, advanced Figma proficiency, and a solid understanding of modern front‑end development practices.
