Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
+ Experience designing technical, enterprise applications.
+ Experience prototyping designs using tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
+ Include a portfolio, website, or any other link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
