Job Description
Responsibilities for UX design manager
- Own end-to-end UX program delivery across multiple products/workstreams
- Drive planning, prioritization, and execution roadmap aligned to customer product strategy
- Establish governance, workflows, and operating models for design teams
- Act as the bridge between UX, Product, Engineering, and Business
- Ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Drive collaboration across global teams (US, India, Singapore, Barcelona, etc.)
- Ensure high-quality, consistent UX outputs across:
· Interaction design (IX)
· Visual design (VX)
· Content / Strings
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across all UX deliverables Collaborate with:
