The UM Coordinator II is fundamental to the utilization management team and receives, researches, and coordinates initial and follow-up action related to clinical documentation and a variety of requests from external and internal sources. Acts as a subject matter expert for the team, and other internal and external stakeholders. Adheres to rigorous regulatory requirements, builds internal and external team collaboration, contributes to team improvements, and creates enhanced member and provider partner relationships.
