Utilities Team Leader: Energy & Water Optimization

Nestlé Pakistan in Khanewal, Punjab, is seeking a Team Leader Utilities to oversee operation and maintenance of industrial utility systems, drive reliability and efficiency, and ensure safety and environmental compliance across the plant.

You will lead maintenance planning, analyze failures with RCA and DMAIC, monitor budgets, and mentor the team while advancing energy and water conservation and continuous improvement initiatives.
