Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, the Utilities Supervisor is responsible for leading shift team operations in the powerhouse. This person will supervise a crew of 14-16 members to operate all powerhouse process systems and other related equipment in a safe and productive manner. This leadership position is accountable for the safety of their crew, continued environmental compliance, productivity, troubleshooting, as well as member training and development. The person in this role must be able to effectively communicate and manage expectations to achieve department objectives.
