Job Description
- Technical knowledge of utility equipment (boilers, air compressors, chillers, pumps, HVAC, water systems)
- Preventative and corrective maintenance execution
- Equipment fault-finding and root cause analysis
- Adherence to statutory and safety requirements
- Equipment inspections and condition monitoring
- Energy and water efficiency support
- Job card completion and use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Participation in plant shutdowns and project support
