Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research studies across qualitative and quantitative methods
- Gather insights through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral data
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights
- Partner closely with product and design teams to inform decisions and shape experiences
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle
