MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Own and execute user acquisition strategy across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, native, affiliates, and performance partnerships
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a focus on FTDs, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and trader quality metrics
Manage and scale affiliate and CPA networks, ensuring lead quality, fraud prevention, and compliance alignment
Lead creative strategy and testing, working closely with design and content teams to improve CTR, CVR, and activation rates
