User Acquisition Manager – Casual Games (Remote) Growth Driver

BigFish Partners is seeking a User Acquisition Manager for a casual mobile game on iOS/Android. You will own UA campaigns, optimize for positive unit economics, and ensure LTV exceeds CAC in a competitive ad market.

You will run campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, and in-app networks, perform A/B tests, analyze retention and ARPU, and collaborate with game design and analytics teams to drive growth.
