Attainify is an AI app within the Genesis ecosystem — the largest startup ecosystem in CEE. At Attainify, we're building a new approach to achieving goals.

Identical courses, plans, and habit-trackers don't actually work for everyone: people have different motivations, behaviors, barriers, and life contexts. That's why we're building a gamified system that picks the most effective path to a goal for each individual user and guides them along it through concrete actions.

We are hiring a User Acquisition Manager at Attainify. Right now we're growing fast: over the past month we've doubled (x2) our number of new users, and we plan to grow even more aggressively. Our system works — the app's activity-based retention already beats category benchmarks. This year, our marketing goal is to reach $3M monthly spend. So we don't just need more hands — we need people who want to find new growth points and grow with us.
