Team Lead US Taxation – International Accounting Solutions Provider
Salary: $38,367 Gross Monthly.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage US tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
- Oversee and review the preparation of diverse US tax returns (Individual, Corporate, and Partnership).
- Supervise and mentor tax associates to ensure high quality deliverables and operational excellence.
- Handle complex tax preparation and strategic tax planning tasks.
- Communicate directly with international CPA firms and clients; manage direct client communication ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure strict compliance with US tax laws and filing deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance and manage team workflow during tax season.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of specialized US taxation experience with strong review capabilities.
