Position Summary

As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for technical support within our organization. This role is designed as an entry point into our technical support team, offering opportunities for growth and development in a fast‑paced environment.

Location & Travel Expectations

Travel to office expectations: For Remote Roles, there will be in‑office events that require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office, including onboarding, team events, semi‑annual and annual meetings. For Hybrid Roles, you must reside within commutable distance to the specified office/location and attend weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly on‑site events. This is a requirement for this role.
