Team Lead US Taxation - International Accounting Solutions Provider

Salary: $38,367 Gross Monthly

Responsibilities

• Review and manage various US tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
• Supervise tax associates and ensure the high quality of all deliverables.
• Handle complex tax preparation and strategic tax planning tasks.
• Communicate directly with international CPA firms and clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with US tax laws and filing deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and manage team workflow during tax season.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in US taxation.
• Expert knowledge of 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns.
• Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or ProSeries.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• CPA, EA, or CA qualification (or currently pursuing).
