About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic USRN Program Manager to lead operations for our Hartford account. This role will oversee program performance, drive operational excellence, and ensure delivery of high-quality Utilization Management services while leading teams and aligning with business objectives.

- Oversee end-to-end program operations for the assigned account
- Lead and manage team leaders and USRN professionals to achieve performance targets
