U.S Payroll Operations Analyst (Xico) (Valle de Chalco Solidaridad)

Your New Role Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a dedicated US Payroll Analyst to join the General Business Services People and Culture Shared Services Payroll Department.

• Conduct payroll activities, analyze and interpret pay rules utilizing Workbrain OTA, Workday Time Tracking, Workday Payroll, and ServiceNow Case Management.
• Enter and review timecard data, adjust entries, pay inputs or costing allocations.
• Calculate pay for union employees according to collective bargaining agreements and all employees according to company policy and legislative requirements.
• Process special pay requests (relocation, severance, leave of absence, paid time off).
• Calculate additional payroll items (garnishments, adjustments, pensions, etc.).
• Resolve issues with taxes, imputed income, or benefit deductions.
• Initiate pay runs, monitor and audit payrolls.
• Calculate and enter retroactive pay changes.
