You will review incoming files, complete order-outs, and be an all‑around supportive team member to ensure that other teammates are able to focus effectively on their primary responsibilities. Encompass experience is a plus.

You will review incoming files, complete order-outs, and be an all‑around supportive team member to ensure that other teammates are able to focus effectively on their primary responsibilities. Encompass experience is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer)
• Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes
