About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Technical US IT Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing and recruiting for niche technical roles, a strong C2C vendor network/database, and hands-on experience working with ATS platforms such as Ceipal or similar recruitment tools.

The candidate should also have a good understanding of modern AI tools and platforms used in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
