Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage US audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Perform and review financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP , US GAAS , and AICPA auditing standards .
- Conduct audit planning, risk assessment procedures, and develop audit strategies based on identified risks.
- Evaluate, document, and test internal controls over financial reporting and recommend process improvements.
- Perform substantive testing, analytical review procedures, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit evidence.
- Review audit workpapers, supporting schedules, financial statements, and audit documentation for quality and compliance.
