At Excellentiam we are hiring a Business Coordinator for a leading Japanese multinational in trading and investment, present in over 60 countries, to join its Chemicals Department in Madrid.

This is a key role: you'll be the link between clients, suppliers and an international team, making sure commercial operations run with precision and excellence.

• Coordinate commercial activity including orders, contracts, logistics, invoicing, and follow-up on payments and collections.
• Ensure regulatory compliance such as REACH, AML, Security Trade Control and credit control.
• Support reporting, market research and continuous improvement through digital and AI tools.
