Job Description
Reception & Front Desk Operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages when required, and relay them to the appropriate employees.
- Notify employees of visitor arrivals and provide support for meeting room arrangements when needed
- Coordinate courier-related activities, including DHL shipments, external deliveries, and courier pick-ups.
- Arrange courier services and support employees with ad hoc shipment requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception and common areas.
Administrative, Office & Facilities Support
