Urban Design Specialist

Overview

The candidate will report to the Technical Lead and will support the Technical Lead in the delivery of the assigned project sections.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering urban design analysis, benchmarking, and strategies, and will participate in client meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality urban design analysis, benchmarking, and strategies.
• Prepare urban design proposals and 2D & 3D design simulations at urban / street block level.
• Prepare high quality reports and presentations.
• Prepare for deliverables and actively attend key client meetings.
• Support stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Masters in Urban Design.
• Hands-on with software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, AutoCAD is a must.
• Experience using GIS software would be beneficial.
