Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
- Write compelling proposals to win clients
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
- Convert leads into successful deals (strong closing skills required)
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and bring in projects
- Basic understanding of web/tech services (preferred)
