SEN Expert? You Don't Need QTS to Lead This Class.
Role: Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) Instructor
Location: Snodland Area, Kent
Start Date: April (Summer Term)
Contract: Full-time
Are you a highly experienced SEN practitioner who has mastered the art of supporting children with Autism? Perhaps you've spent years as a Senior TA, a specialist tutor, or a lead in an ASD provision, but you don't hold a formal teaching qualification (QTS).
At our school, we value your expertise over your certificates. We are looking for a Wallaby Class lead who understands that real impact in SEN comes from empathy, patience, and a deep knowledge of neurodiversity-not just a teaching degree.
