Unit Turn Coordinator

SCOPE: The Unit Turn Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all activities associated with preparing Asset Management units for occupancy by new residents. This position leads maintenance staff and contractors to ensure vacant units are restored efficiently, safely, and to CMHA's established Gold Standard of quality. The incumbent promotes a culture of Respect, Integrity, Accountability, Professionalism, Initiative, Creativity, Accuracy, Timeliness, Quality, and Exceptional Service while ensuring unit turnover activities support resident satisfaction, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective stewardship of Agency resources.
