Production Supervisor / Unit Leader
The production Supervisor/Unit Leader is a Leader dedicated to manage the human resources and material resources of the Shop assigned. Management of the working relationship with operators to ensure compliance and achievement of targets. Develop strategies to build our products with excellent quality, accomplishing delivery and productivity within the cost and savings needed, focusing on people development and operation environment for a safe and healthy workplace; creating a SIS Culture that leads us to success.
