Responsibilities

Governance & Reporting of Board Compliance and Conduct Committee

• Ensuring E2E management of Board Compliance & Conduct Committee (BCNC) including but not limited to:
• preparation of agenda (in consultation with key stakeholders),
• collation of external agenda items,
• preparation of internal agenda items (as assigned by Department Head),
• compiling, organizing, inputs / information received from concerned quarters,
• finalization of meeting pack,
• pack preparation (hard copies),
• pack upload on Pervasent,
• structuring/ recording of minutes,
• updation of master action items tracker,
• action tracking and follow-up for timely receipt of updates,
• Responsibility to review & analyze every agenda item to ensure overall sanity, adequacy, and completeness from governance perspective.
