**Job Description Summary**
HR leader for our newly acquired Intergalactic business based in St. George, UT and our Unison global engineering organization. The HR leader will partner with client group senior leaders, people leaders and employees on organizational and employee matters, workforce planning, coaching, talent management, and own core HR processes and projects specific to the ~400 person client group.

+ Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, promoting partnership and collaboration across functions to strengthen team performance and achieve shared goals.
+ First point of contact for employees & managers who provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
+ Support a diverse client portfolio spanning Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Materials, Quality, and Programs in a P&L modeled environment.
