Unified communications & network services second level support manager

Minimum requirements, experience and knowledge Diploma in relevant field (NQF 5) Certificate: ITIL Foundation Extensive experience with Vo IP protocols (SIP, H.323) Proficiency in video conferencing technologies and troubleshooting network media quality Strong knowledge of Qo S, VLANs, and network design for unified communications Hands-on skills in configuring telephony hardware, IP phones, and video conferencing endpoints Familiarity with PSTN and SIP trunking management Certificate: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Enterprise or Security) or Aruba Certified Network Professional (ACNP) Technology 10-15 years of network engineering experience, with at least 5 years in mining or industrial sectors Deep understanding of the entire network landscape and architecture, including VLAN design, IP addressing schemes, routing protocols, switching, firewalls, and wireless technologies Experience and knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) network environments is a strong advantage Ex...
