The role encompasses the following activities:

• Coordinate the downstream processing of clinical trials business and manage the end‑to‑end process, including completion of data in different systems and other hand‑off sheets, demonstrating attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Field direct queries from brokers or clients on their clinical trials programs, utilizing active listening and customer service support skills to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Assist underwriters in tracking Drug or Device accumulations, using data analysis to provide insights and findings.
• Act as a knowledge resource point on clinical trials for underwriters, providing business partnership & consulting by offering underwriting, regulatory, and compliance information, and advice on program structure.
