This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team focused on small group medical underwriting while maintaining underwriting quality, operational efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in small group medical underwriting, database underwriting, and people leadership. This position offers the opportunity to influence underwriting strategy, drive process improvements, and develop a high-performing team, with future growth potential into a Director-level role.

+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of medical underwriters.
+ Manage daily underwriting operations for small group health insurance business.
