About the Role
The Business Services team in Corporate Solutions Operations is looking for an open-minded Underwriting Assistant with a can-do spirit to be based in Singapore. You will be responsible for primarily supporting the Property and Casualty portfolio.
The role involves high interaction and coordination with underwriters and other internal/external departments, both locally and overseas.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of policy documentation.
Setting up and finalizing policies in various systems (underwriting, pricing, invoices ensuring data accuracy.
To support the Underwriting team with renewal preparation (deal analysis of renewal account) and endorsement triaging and preparation.
Handling of closings and contract changes.
