Underground Utilities Cost Estimator

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support underground utilities construction projects. You will prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, issue tender documents, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field. Working days are Monday to Friday with on-site office in Woodlands, Singapore, and a performance bonus.
