- distributor management and development. Maitain the current relationships and develop new distributors for week areas. Monitor and cultivate distributor growth/team building and training/ CAS growth and sales team quanlificaiton. Complete sales target.
- opportunity management. Manage public tenders and hospital projects. Dig new opps and find key decision makers. Manage whole projects process.
- develop kols and promote ultrasound advanced features.
- product management. Position product precisely and understand competitors well.
