UiPath RPA Developer

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes suitable for automation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath.
• Support and maintain production automations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and technical documentation.
• Work with business users during UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop automations integrating enterprise applications such as ERP systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ensure automations adhere to organizational standards, security policies, audit requirements, and established SOPs.
• Participate in automation code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
