UI & Illustration Designer

UI & Illustration Designer – Halifax, NS

We’re looking for a UI & Illustration Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our Product Team in Halifax. This is an early‑stage hire where breadth matters more than specialization. Two immediate priorities: keep the product UI moving forward and ramp up illustration and content output.

The right person moves fast, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can shift between pixel‑pushing and producing content without losing momentum. If you like building things before the playbook exists, this is for you.

What the role is:

• UI/UX Design – Proficient in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, and clean handoff). Solid grasp of UI/UX principles without overengineering. Comfortable with an existing design system and able to contribute to its upkeep. Has designed for web and/or mobile.
