Job Description
Position Summary
Balances, installs, repairs, and rotates Tyres. Assists with tyre sales when necessary. Answers member questions and makes recommendations on Tyres. Stocks tyres in the service area. Follows proper safety procedures and standards. Maintains courteous member service at all times while contributing to a smooth flow of members through the Tyre Centre.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
• Locates member car in tyre centre area of lot and lists any prior body damage on service order
• Drives member vehicle into install bay, onto hydraulic hoist and sets brake
• Removes wheel using impact gun
• Rolls wheel to mounting machine, removes tyre from wheel
• Attaches new valve stem, mounts new tyre on wheel, fills tyre to appropriate air pressure
