Position Requirements

Teacher‑Tutors work after‑school and evening hours (3:00 pm – 8:00 pm). This is an in‑person position; applicants must be able to commute to the Cambridge site. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field, or third‑year university student.
• Working toward a teaching certification is an asset.
• Good knowledge of the current Kindergarten to Grade 9 curriculum.

Experience

• Some experience teaching/tutoring at Kindergarten‑to‑Grade 9 level.
• Strong written and fluent English orally; ability to guide student understanding.
