Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Address driver concerns and conflicts, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Administer and review background checks and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Perform internal recruiting efforts to identify talent within the organization for open positions.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
