Truck Dispatcher – US Load Board Dispatching (Nairobi, On-Site)

About the Role We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for finding and booking loads for US truck drivers using load boards, and coordinating their routes and schedules. No prior dispatching experience is required full training will be provided. Responsibilities Search load boards (such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar) to find suitable loads for US drivers Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers Book loads and confirm details with drivers Track driver schedules, routes, and delivery times Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based drivers and brokers Handle paperwork and documentation related to each load Work scheduled hours from our Nairobi office Requirements Must currently live in Nairobi, Kenya Must be able to commute to and work from our office during scheduled hours Spoken and written English is required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable negotiating and speaking w...
