Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the intake process for all incoming client matters, assessing legal nature and complexity
- Handle standard paralegal tasks including minor agreement revisions, entity filings, and NDA reviews
- Route attorney-required matters to the appropriate team based on complexity and specialty
- Maintain and update standard document templates and firm SOPs
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients regarding matter status and timelines
- Proactively follow up with attorneys and clients on open items and upcoming deadlines
- Work with engineering teams to refine intake and routing workflows
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of paralegal or legal operations experience
- Solid foundation in commercial contracts and general corporate matters
- Located in Pacific Time or Central Time
