Your role
As a Triage Coordinator, you will assess incoming conduct matters using structured triage tools, risk frameworks and professional judgement to determine appropriate referral and management pathways. Working under the guidance of a Senior Triage Coordinator, the role supports consistent, timely and defensible outcomes.
