Responsibilities
- Guide patients through treatment plans, explaining options and supporting them every step of the way.
- Provide chairside support and clinical assistance as a Dental Nurse.
- Be the first point of contact for new private patients and existing patients who express interest in specialist treatments.
- Confidently discuss treatment options and associated fees.
- Deliver a high‑quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximise practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
- Champion customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice.
- Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan.
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team.
- Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager.
