Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with banks and coordinate all banking operations.
- Handle foreign exchange (FX) transactions, including spot, forward, and hedging contracts.
- Monitor foreign currency exposures and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal fund utilization.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate funding for business operations.
- Negotiate banking facilities, including loans, credit limits, and other financial arrangements.
- Process and oversee domestic and international payment transactions.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
