Key Responsibilities:
Cash and Liquidity Management including cash positioning, e-banking support and interco loan operations
Bank Account Administration including KYC compliance required by banks
Timely submission of Treasury reports with Accuracy
Prompt completion of yearly tasks in SOX and external auditing
Active management of Treasury processes and systems to optimize efficiency and quality
Periodic review of Internal Control and Corporate Governance
Active participation in ad hoc projects
Gaining a firm and in-depth understanding of the risk of non-payment by one entity to another entity
Reviewing a company’s financial statements
Performing credit research, analysis and general due diligence in order to determine creditworthiness of current and future customers
