Treasury & Collections Department Head

Job Description

• Lead Treasury, Disbursement, Receipt Administration, and Collection operations.
• Oversee cash flow, payment, receipt, and reconciliation processes.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and SOP development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and effective bank relationships.
• Lead and develop the team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury or finance operations, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow management, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
