Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribution Strategy and Network Design
  • Define and implement the physical distribution strategy in alignment with the commercial objectives.
  • Lead Time to market” projects to adapt to shifting business dynamics and optimize L’Oreal time to market. 
  • Warehouse Management and Operations
  • Supervise third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Monitor key operational activities: receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, inventory management, labelling & kitting.
  • Implement practices to drive continuous improvement in the warehouse environment to further improve productivity / reduce cost & waste.
  • Ensure that all distribution activities comply with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and Group quality standards.
